Party rental powerhouse Classic Party Rentals, based in Los Angeles, announced today that it has acquired Fiesta Rentals of West Palm Beach, Fla. Classic picked up Pompano Beach, Fla., market leader Panache Party Rentals in February. Terms of today's deal were not disclosed.
In business since 1990, Fiesta has provided rentals for clients such as Christafaro's Catering, Continental Catering, Sunfest and C'est Si Bon Catering. Jane Hutton, Fiesta's owner and operator, will lead the integration into the Classic network, according to a statement from Classic management. “Classic was the first option I considered in selling Fiesta Rentals,” Hutton said. “Classic has proven its commitment to providing excellent client service, offering employees great career opportunities, and fully serving the community. Our clients, partners and employees are in good hands with Classic, and I will stay on to ensure a smooth transition for all.”
ADDING 'PANACHE'
Heretofore, Classic had three event rental locations in Florida: the Pompano Beach and Lakeland facilities under the Panache banner and a Hollywood facility providing clear-span structures, power generation and distribution, HVAC and flooring under the Prime Event Group brand. Classic will continue to operate the Fiesta business at the existing West Palm Beach location and will re-brand it as "Panache … A Classic Party Rentals Company," the company said.
