According to the latest online poll from Specialevents.com, the No. 1 way that event professionals reach out to clients is via email. But No. 2 is old-school: They pick up the telephone and place a call.
Some 56 percent of respondents say they use email to contact clients, while 33 percent say they pick up the phone.
Only 11 percent say they use a text to contact clients, and none reported using social media.
