Las Vegas-based Wolfgang Puck Fine Dining Group announced today that Five-Sixty will open this winter in Dallas. The restaurant will sit atop Reunion Tower, Dallas’ 560-foot landmark tower; the restaurant will be celebrity chef/restaurateur Wolfgang Puck’s first fine dining establishment in the city.
The restaurant will feature a 200-seat dining room; floor-to-ceiling windows will offer 360-degree views of Dallas as the room revolves. The restaurant will open for dinner service in late January; lunch service will begin in February. The eclectic menu will feature Asian-influenced cuisine.
