Allsteel Debuts Seek Chair
Designed for meeting rooms, conference centers and other multipurpose space, the new Seek chair from Allsteel Inc. is designed to be easy to move and store. The chair can be stacked, nested and combined stacked/nested, the manufacturer says, reducing the overall storage footprint up to 50 percent when compared with similar chairs. Because the chair is lightweight, no carts or trolleys are needed to move stacks, according to the company. The frame is available in silver or black finish, with a polymer seat and back offered in eight color choices. A seat cushion option is available; the chair can be ordered with or without arms.

New Le Cordon Bleu Publications Available
Legendary culinary school Le Cordon Bleu and Delmar have released two new culinary publications: "Le Cordon Bleu Cuisine Foundations," an authoritative guide to classic French culinary technique, and "Le Cordon Bleu Cuisine Foundations Classic Recipes," offering 169 recipes as well as the history and evolution of French culinary art. "Foundations" includes nearly 2,000 color photographs and focuses on perfection of such fundamentals as vegetable cuts, sauces and mise en place. "Classic Recipes," which is available spiral-bound for ease of use in the kitchen, includes charts to aid conversion between metric and U.S. measurements. Sidebars and notes throughout the book provide extra information, from defining commonly used culinary terms to fun facts on culinary topics.
