The celebration was held at the historic Smithsonian Arts and Industries Building.

Eric Michael based the design of the event after the architecture of the historic building and became inspired by turn of the century France, mirroring the event after 20th Century, French Pavilions and outdoor markets.
At the wine and cheese pairing station, a sommelier pairs wines with each of the cheeses for guests.
Toward the end of the event, gold rolling carts roam the room for guests to select and bring home house-made bonbons.

As guests entered, they are greeted with a moving Ferris wheel of Perrier. The moving Ferris wheel is the latest creation from Occasions, a custom-made piece, engineered for interactive buffets and displays.
