Following three days of heavy programming, this was the first time all 1,600 employees would be in the same room, and it was OneWest's mission to give guests ample opportunities to mingle and gather over the course of the evening. Here, guests gather at one of the rising "earth pods" overlooking the evening's impressive natural stage structure.

How to create British Columbia's natural beauty? "We built soaring indoor waterfalls, created indoor 'forests' of custom scenic trees and real pine trees, completely covered a 2,200-square-foot mega-structure in green foliage, and much, much more," the team says. Real 16-foot-tall pine trees added a fresh and natural essence to the room. Greenscape Designs oversaw florals and greenery.
