Customer appreciation events are critical to retaining and attracting gaming customers to this brand.
In the highly competitive hospitality industry, the primary goal is to entice customers from throughout the world to visit your destination, in a marketplace crowded with competition.
An engaging thematic concept was developed. Guests embarked on a surreal “adventure” and surrendered their inhibitions as they entered the gates of “Wonderland”--a land filled with wonderful and exciting surprises tucked around every corner, hidden in every nook.

• 3 large, mirrored mosaic trees doused with crystal beads and crimson leaves
• fabrics and oversized poppies dangled from the ceiling
• a 20-foot-long wooden and marble bar
