The Hello Destination Management team creates a custom monogram logo for the event, which marries Great Gatsby-era fonts with steampunk-style cog motifs.
Besides giving the party a distinctive brand, the logo allowed the event team to re-purpose existing inventory for the event--a cost-saving measure.

At the rear of the space, a frazzle Austrian drape stands behind gold curved stage backdrop panels. The backdrop is fitted with a custom-routed version of the monogram logo.
The half-circle stage is elevated and connected to perimeter raised seating, creating a club-like environment that extended all the way around the room.
Overhead, truss is covered with gold panels to give the look of architectural beams that one would find in a residence.
Chandeliers of varying sizes create an eclectic look. On the walls, crystal sconces glow with warm white twinkling LED lights.
A mirrored water wall bears the event's logo.
On the entrance wall, a double-wide mahogany bar features an abstract bookshelf back bar, flanked by two mirrored water walls etched with the monogram, to provide visual interests as guests mingled and sipped a cocktail.
The event features several different table designs to create the residential feel that the team was seeking.
In the center of the room, two 40-person king’s tables were created with classic black satin with a geometric gold and black runner running the length of the table, covered with an eclectic mix of baby’s breath with ostrich feathers, roses and mercury votives.
