Practicing Language Inclusivity at Events

A new survey examines the response of planners to the need for translation at events

It may not be at the top of your mind, but providing interpretation at events is key to making sure all interested parties will attend and feel included. A new study conducted by simultaneous-interpretation provider Wordly and Dimensional Research found that the percentage of event attendees who don’t speak English as a first language is significant. This demographic makes up more than a quarter of audiences for fifty-eight percent of planners.
