Dress the Drink offers kits of beverage and dessert garnishes designed to make it easy to create dramatic presentations. The Christmas Kit includes edible silver flakes, toasted coconut, metallic dusted chocolate leaves, chocolate mint rimming sugar and peppermint rimming sugar in quantities to enhance more than 90 drinks and desserts, the manufacturer says. Sandtasia Creates Sand Sculptures
Sand sculptors from Sandtasia create displays ranging from 50-pound tabletop and buffet centerpieces to massive creations of 500 tons and more. The sculptures can be created to stay in place throughout the event or can be changed over the course of the event to illustrate specific themes. Time frames can range from minutes to a month or more. The sculptures are appropriate for theme parties, corporate events, conventions, trade shows, media events and fundraisers, among others, the company says.
