A "Beetle" car and proper British guards welcome guests to the venue, Windsor Station. The e-invitation and graphic design was supplied by Comunika; the invitation included an audio remix of "Strawberry Fields," which avoided copyright expenses.

Hours of Beatles-themed projections were custom-created, with striking impact throughout the dining-room, including yellow submarine, kaleidoscope eyes, strawberry fields, newspaper taxis, tangerine trees, marmalade skies, trains at stations, diamonds, Abbey Road crossing, Fab Four portraits, Volkswagen Beetles, the words “LOVE” and “IMAGINE”, and dozens of evolving psychedelic images.
Ever-changing customized Beatles-related visuals were integrated with psychedelic images throughout the evening and were coordinated with themed dinner courses and entertainment.

Under the direction of Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth and Marc Lintanf, the ball's menu featured witty courses including the "ImaGINe and Tonic," the surprise "Imagine" apple, the "Yellow Submarine" seafood salad and "Strawberry Fields" dessert.
Keying on the famed Beatles record label, the surprise "Apple" entree--actually quail breast covered in apple-green chaud-froid.
The entertainment mix included a remarkable skating duo.
