Harbor Entertainment handled full planning, design, production and logistics for the Norton Museum of Art Gala 2020, held on Feb. 1 at the Norton Museum of Art, West Palm Beach, Fla.
The Norton Museum of Art ’s 45th annual Gala celebrated "Georgia O’Keeffe: Living Modern" and the power of visionary women, with more than 750 people in attendance.
Harbor Entertainment worked with Arena Americas to design this 15,000-plus-square-foot tented site within the grounds of museum property, and included two kitchens for seamless dinner service and full power and HVAC for the structure, provided by CAT Entertainment Services.
Fusedog Media Group helped bring the vision of a gradient watercolor ceiling to life. The lighting changed color throughout the evening, from cool blues and purples to warm golds and pinks.
A live auction hosted by Sotheby’s raised money for the museum’s exhibitions and public programs.
Drew Dedo and Kasey Dedo of Harbor Entertainment on the custom-wrapped dance floor. To celebrate the Norton’s exhibit "Georgia O’Keeffe: Living Modern," inspiration was drawn from Georgia O’Keeffe’s masterpiece "Grey Lines with Black, Blue and Yellow." Soft colors and sweeping lines were chosen to give the room an ethereal look.
Tabletops by Tom Matheiu featured velour linens, impactful centerpieces and stunning orchids.
Constellation Culinary Group provided a full-service three-course dinner for more than 750 guests.
