Harbor Entertainment handled full planning, design, production and logistics for the the Norton Museum of Art Gala 2019, held in February in West Palm Beach, Fla.
With some 800 guests in attendance, the gala celebrated the opening of the Norton Museum of Art’s transformative Foster + Partners-designed expansion.
Harbor Entertainment worked with Arena Americas to design this 15,000-plus-square-foot tented site. Power was provided by CAT Entertainment Services.

Harbor Entertainment’s room design focused on light and reflection. FuseDog Media covered the clear roof in string lights and accented the room with soft yellows, pinks and golds.

To add more glamour, Harbor Entertainment created custom gold lighting units and a gold mirror treatment, which was used throughout to reflect all forms of light.
Harbor Entertainment designed large-scale custom chandeliers and bars to anchor the gable ends of the tent.
Tabletops by Tom Matheiu featured lush white orchids, black and gold place settings, and glittering linen.
Constellation Culinary Group provided a full-service three-course dinner for the 800 guests.
Rentals were provided by Atlas Event Rentals, Globadyne and Jeren Tropicals.
