Floral greets guests

Lush floral arrangements greeted guests entering San Francisco City Hall for two of the night's four dinners.

The event team comprised Blueprint Studios, Got Light, Michael Hensley Party Rentals, McCalls Catering and Events, and Patina Catering.

Pre-dinner cocktail area

Pre-dinner cocktails were hosted in City Hall's South Light Court, featuring Blueprint Studios' Argentum line and Lucite Palais Bar façade.

City Hall rotunda dining area

Under City Hall’s iconic rotunda, cream and blush bouquets, light and bright linens, and gold Infinity chairs resonated with the classic interior. Two bloom-festooned colossal vases took pride of place on either side of the grand staircase.

Some 370 guests enjoyed the setting.

Stylish Symphonix Dinner

In City Hall, the Symphonix Dinner dazzled 390 guests with a contemporary take on gala decor. Bold blue tapestries punctuated by black and transparent seating and silver accents spoke to the casual yet sophisticated aesthetic.

Art-inspired Patrons Dinner

The Patrons Dinner was held in a custom-designed tented pavilion.

The interior was inspired by the chromatics and contours of the art of Sandro Botticelli and abstract floral geometry of Georgia O’Keeffe.

Bountiful bouquets

Towering floral centerpieces on the dining tables drew the eye upwards; bountiful bouquets cascaded from bronze vases and copper structures of architectural dimensions.

Custom chandeliers

The dazzling wave-like crystal chandeliers in the Patrons Dinner rent were a custom creation by Blueprint Studios.

Tent transformed

During the symphony's grand performance, Blueprint Studios and McCalls Catering staff transformed the Patrons Dinner tent into an open and vibrant after-party environment.

Changing colors

Intricately beaded aquamarine pendant lighting and dazzling crystal chandeliers set the tone--the crystals emitted light that changed color as the evening progressed, and the space was transformed into a dance floor.

Bar stools at after-party

The open design of the Patrons Dinner tent after-party included communal tables and Blueprint Studios' signature Infinity bar stools.

Gleaming bars

Blueprint Studios' gold Zeca bars provided a stylish platform for McCalls' catering staff to serve guests.

Taking it to the street

The evening culminated in a high-energy street party on one of San Francisco’s busiest avenues.

Rustic edge to after-party

Rustic elegance characterized the outdoor decor, including Blueprint Studios' new Mendoza lounge chairs.

Some 2,700 guests enjoyed the progressive, multi-venue gala.
