Harbor Entertainment handled full planning, design, production and logistics for the 61st Annual International Red Cross Ball, held in February at the Norton Museum of Art, West Palm Beach, Fla.
With a theme of “Salute to the Military,” the ball celebrated mote than 130 years of Red Cross support and service to the Armed Forces, with more than 400 guests in attendance.
Harbor Entertainment worked with Arena Americas to design this 15,000-plus-square-foot tented site that would become home to both the Red Cross Ball and the Norton Gala the weekend before. Power wasprovided by CAT Entertainment Services.
Harbor Entertainment ’s room design put the red cross front and center with a 9-foot floral Red Cross logo.
Fusedog Media covered the clear roof in string lights and accented the room with star gobos.
The evening featured a three-course meal from Constellation Culinary Group.
Additional rentals were provided by Atlas Event Rentals, Globadyne and Jeren Tropicals.
