From the artwork of the save-the-date, down to the live show graphics, "a magical sea-scape was communicated consistently through all creative event assets," the Events by Fabulous team says.
Undersea graphics on the event program.
Like a glistening ocean, linens in varying shades of turquoise and purple created a sparkling-water effect.
The theme arrangements feature floating orchids and fairy lights weaved through coral reef-inspired floral design.
To keep guests on their toes, Fabulous changed up the event layout to including a huge 24- by-24-foot platform in the center dining area that serves as both a performance stage and a dance floor.
With two “main” stages, the show design captures audience attention from two different angles and gives every patron a “front row” view, no matter where they are seated.
Another new addition to the event is the inclusion of "fun-raising" activities, such as a custom live-screen printing swag station from Family Industries and the photo opp from Scenario described above.
The team from Aerial Culture provides sea-themed entertainers and aerialists.

Highlights of the evening’s acrobatic entertainment are duo-cube aerial, Cyr wheel, dynamic hand-to-hand balancing and a fire show with a flaming trapeze.
