The elegant, elevated chuppah is lined with white rose petals and topped with white hydrangea. The ceremony room--in a hotel ballroom--has an all-white dance floor installed to cover the existing 5,000-square-foot floor; a perimeter of 14-foot-tall sheer drape surrounds the room.

One entree choice: sea bass in a soy-honey reduction with crispy noodles and baby bok choy. The other option is seared beef tenderloin with wild mushrooms and foie gras black truffle sauce, Dauphinoise potatoes, and a green and yellow haricots verts bundle. Waiters take guest orders at the tables restaurant-style.
