Copper Moscow Mule cup
Though these shiny copper 'Moscow Mule' cups seemed cost-prohibitive, "We just couldn't say no to our customers any longer on this product," says Jim Lottig, CERP, sales manager with Cleveland-based Event Source.
Farm tables
Farm tables are irresistible for clients, says Sheree Bochenek, creative director with Apres Party and Tent Rental, Minneapolis.

Cross-back chair
Another winner for the rustic look, the cross-back chair, Bochenek says.
Burlap-look linen
And more rustic: Burlap-look linen, Bochenek says, is a hit at Apres. And it's not as scratchy as the real McCoy.
Wine barrels
New York-based Please B Seated often rolls out the barrel--the wine barrel, that is--for events. "Wine barrels as props, as tall cocktail tables, half barrels use as low cocktail tables, and two wine barrels with rustic tops used for bars and buffets," explains company principal John Dawson. "Many of our wine barrels came from wineries out on the North Fork of Long Island."
Sparkly gold linen
Even as the homey, rustic look rules, guests still want glitter. But also popular is all that glitters. Metallic items do well, Bochenek says, listing aluminum high-top tables, gold candelabra and linens bedecked with sequins and paillettes as hot items.
Hall's gunmetal chair
More metallic--the new gunmetal chair from Halls, based in Chicago.
Aluminum table
And still more metallic: An aluminum-topped table from Apres.
Fitting the venue
Mind your manors: "In Ireland we try to make use of our wonderful architecture and heritage when possible," says Lesley Berber, marketing manager with Dublin-based CaterHire. "We recently kitted out a private Georgian Residential Square called Fitzwilliam Square--similar to one seen in London’s 'Notting Hill' movie--for a wedding. Fitzwilliam Square is a Georgian garden square in the south of central Dublin, Ireland."
Irish garden wedding
CaterHire services an outdoor wedding in Dublin. Berber explains, "As summer is in full swing in Ireland at the moment, our garden furniture--wooden and plastic--Bar B-Qs, oversized bean bags and garden games such as Connect 4, Dominoes and Jenga are flying out our doors. Alas, as the Irish climate is prone to change and we get our fair share of rain in summer, so we also rent a high volume of tents and outdoor heaters--just in case!"
