Patina Catering will offer a first course of Windrose Farms heirloom tomatoes, rosemary and cherrywood-grilled asparagus with fried gold potatoes.
The entree: filet mignon with a gratin of macaroni with Vermont white cheddar; rainbow baby carrots, cipollini onions, caramelized broccoli emulsion and oxtail bordelaise.
For dessert, event sponsor Duncan Hines sees its cake mix part of a pretty plating including a milk chocolate brownie, chocolate blackberry cream, blackerry macaron, chocolate rice crisp and honey sauce.
Cake pops from sponsor Duncan Hines; the pops will be presented three to a box to departing guests.
Makeup artist Dina Ousley, head of Dinair, will turn wait staff and entertainers into artworks at the events.
