Paolella and team invited local brides to experience the capabilities of the 709, which holds 110 inside with another 40 on the veranda, all with a New Jersey seaside vibe. The free event brought in "only" 60 guests, which at first seemed low to Paolella. But ... "I booked two weddings, two rehearsal dinners, a bridal shower and even a surprise 50th within the following weeks," she relates. "Fantastic!" Here, a "Jersey Shore" beach table.
