Entrance
The dramatic entrance to the event. The transformation of the event space into a magical French Renaissance setting required three 5-ton refrigerated trucks, tens of thousands of floral blooms, hundreds of hedges, dozens of topiaries, an assortment of crystal strands, hundreds of urns and containers, and the invention of an ingenious centerpiece lift, along with 40 certified florists toiling five days to create the luxurious floral design.

A view of the cocktail tent. All told, the wedding required 16 tents, 500 panels of fabric, gilded mirrors, massive theatrical-quality backdrops, and linens fabricated in France on a continuous loom.

While guests dine, the event team cleans up rainwater for the after-dinner dance.The work culminated in a five-day installation requiring more than 5,000 man hours, two semi-trailers, three 5-ton refrigerated trucks, 80 separate deliveries of items from across the continent, 16 tents, 500 panels of fabric, tens of thousands of floral blooms, an emergency weather response plan requiring 12 industrial fans and 20 wet-dry vacuums, and a positive attitude among the 150-person team of professionals.
