Planners behind the training event were Alore Vay Weddings and Events and White Rose Events.
Guests enter the venue--a beautiful private home in the Hollywood Hills. The invitation-only master class gave attendees had the opportunity to work closely with Lee, and learn from his 30 years of planning celebrity weddings and Hollywood events.
Day 1 started with a design presentation from Lee on satisfying the most discerning celebrity clients with unique and innovative designs. Lovegevity founder and CEO Cho Phillips presented on “Clientele Success,” and then moderated a lively discussion on best practices. A brief presentation on marketing tools and business promotion followed. The second day consisted of event production, floral art, and table design techniques by Lee.

Side dishes include kale Caesar salad with shaved fennel, radishes, croutons and lemon vinaigrette along with an spreads of assorted cheeses and charcuterie with breads, and Mediterranean dips and salads.
An array of pretty focaccia sandwiches, including roast chicken with avocado remoulade, roasted tomatoes, herb aioli and alfalfa sprouts; prosciutto caprese sandwiches with mozzarella, basil pesto, sun-ripened tomatoes and basil; and roasted vegetable sandwiches with roasted tomatoes and manchego cheese.
