The Ultimate Guide to Flawless Multilingual Events

Tuesday, March 28 at 10:00 a.m.

Multilingual events are great opportunities to showcase a company's international reach and diverse, equitable and inclusive practices, build relationships with preferred customers and diverse partners worldwide. And no matter what the catalyst for a multilingual event may be, event planners and event managers know the planning and execution of the event fall on them. With all the moving parts of any event entails, we know that planning and executing multilingual events can be frustrating. And with all the logistics already required, adding interpreting and translation doesn't seem right. Additionally, the thought of not having reliable language support or being stuck with language partners who are not readily available can be a source of frustration, stress, and exhaustion for anyone.

Leveraging over 90 years of collective experience, we've put together The Ultimate Guide to Flawless Multilingual Events to help event planners and managers plan and execute flawless multilingual events no matter who or what triggered the need. By the end of this presentation, attendees will see that with careful planning, they can ensure their events are enjoyable and accessible for everyone involved.

Kristin Banta's Design to Impact in 2023

Tuesday, March 28 at 2:30 p.m.

At a time when social media is driving the client's vision, how can you deliver a unique interpretation of the inspiration you're being presented? How can you push a client (whether that be wedding, social or corporate) beyond what's currently trending in the market in order to tell a story, generating greater depth and dimension to the event design? Kristin will examine 2022/2023 client case studies, each presenting their own various challenges, while discussing the design process by walking through client tear sheets to the end design. Through the process, attendees will gain a better understanding of how to design beyond Pinterest's greatest hits and sell that vision to their client. The presentation will end with a Q&A between Kristin and attendees.
