Cedar Planks New from American Metalcraft
The new line of cedar planks from American Metalcraft are made from food-grade natural, untreated cedar. Chefs can simply soak the planks in water and then use them to grill fish, meat, appetizers and vegetables to add a subtle smoky flavor. The planks are available in three sizes: 6½ by 3½ inches, 8 by 5½ inches, and 117/8 by 5½ inches. The planks are designed for one-time use, the company says.

Custom-printed Growlers Offered by Beer City Glass
Beer City Glass now offers a line of colored, custom-printed "growlers," which hold 64 fluid ounces of beer. The company's line includes colored glass growlers, 32-ounce versions with handles and 32-ounce PET plastic "travel growlers." Artwork can be ink-screened onto the bottles; custom orders are available in both large and small orders, the company says.
