It was a week of good food, great sessions, and even greater events, where event pros of all kinds gathered in Austin, TX for Catersource + The Special Event to learn, connect, and get inspired. The week kicked off with a venue tour of Austin's best food and event spaces and wrapped up with a glittering night of fun at Superstition Night Club for the Closing Night Celebration. Everything in between—great education with knowledgeable speakers, a lively tradeshow floor with exciting displays and the ever-beloved tablescape competition, and some dazzling keynote sessions (thank you Laura Schwartz and Michael Cerbelli!)—created a memorable week that left everyone rejuvenated and ready to bring the latest trends, tips, and techniques home with them.

We are certainly feeling inspired and energized for the year ahead. In that spirit, we'd like to share our 2025 Call for Speakers! Take a moment and submit your topic for Catersource + The Special Event 2025, which will be held Feb 24-27 in Ft. Lauderdale, FL.
