Venue News

The AMATTE of San Miguel de Allende has announced the addition of their newest property, the Wellnest Community. This sustainably-built structure is designed around the Japanese concept of wabi-sabi, or the appreciation of imperfection. The AMATTE Wellnest was created with the intention of providing guests with a “nest” they can retreat to for well-being. Each of the 34 rooms feature biodegradable bathroom amenities and rain showers, and the entire community space offers a variety of luxuries, including an orchard, spa, fitness center, and dipping pool. The space also provides plenty of fine-dining experiences with a wine cellar, mixology bars, and restaurants, one of which is the hotel’s flagship HACMANS, complete with a Michelin start chef and sustainable farm-to-table menu. The hotel’s location in the enchanting Bajío region of Guanajuato is a diverse and rich space for events. With cobblestone streets and colonial architecture, the city overflows with artistic charm and exhilarating activities, which guests can arrange through the hotel concierge.

The Gabriel Miami has launched a new event space on its third floor in Downtown Miami. The new meeting rooms feature floor-to-ceiling windows with vistas of the skyline and Biscayne Bay. The two rooms, The Library Lounge and The Studio, total 2,117 sq. ft. and are now open for group reservations. The Library Lounge is perfect for business travelers and meeting attendees, bringing people together in its cozy, inspiring environment, complete with interactive workspaces, comfortable seating, beautiful artwork, and books tucked around the room. Likewise, The Studio provides a bright and artistic space for formal gatherings and intimate meetings, with views of Biscayne Bay and classy interior design. The Gabriel is located next to Miami’s Wynwood art scene, Design District, and Miami Beach.
