Whether it’s the missing visual aid or the surprise question from the potential client, any unexpected situation makes the nerve wracking nature of a sales pitch even worse. No problem! Improvisers handle the unexpected for a living! In this session, Matt Elwell, CPLP (President and CEO, ComedySportz of Chicago, Inc.) will lead participants through a fun, interactive session that practices techniques for managing the little surprises that threaten our confidence and polish when presenting to a potential client. Key areas covered include: remaining relaxed, managing body language when nervous, and handling unexpected questions with poise and confidence.
