AirDD Debuts Moving Decor Pieces
AirDD has added animation to certain items in its line of illuminated decor pieces. Now, the AirFlora Hi-Lights (in photo), for example, can sway with slow, subtle movement, creating the sense of an enchanted garden. The remote-controlled, internally lit pieces are available in 3.5-foot or 6-foot sizes; they are offered for rent or purchase. The company provides a wide range of illuminated inflatable designs including stars, spheres, walls, tubes, dancing figures and other pieces.

Atmosphere Systems Adds New Artists
The Atmosphere system, which offers an ultra-high-definition, multichannel viewing experience to guests, has added new artists to its repertoire of video entertainment. Vocalist Jean Pearl and her band cover Top 40 hits such as "Someone Like You" and "Only Girl." Singer Melanie performs classics from the great American songbook such as "Cheek to Cheek" and "Makin' Whoopee"—selections ideal for slow dancing. The company's plug-and-play media server can store up to 40 hours of multichannel HD content, according to management.

SpinFresh Fryer Reduces Fat in Fried Foods
The SpinFresh line of fryers reduces operating expenses and enhance profitability by consuming 48.8 percent less oil during the frying process, the company says. Using a process called "centrifugal cooking," the fryer starts the deep-frying process in the conventional way, but the basket then lifts out of the oil and spins. Excess oil and water spin off the food, which continues to cook via convection from the heat inside the cooking system, according to the company. Both a vented floor model and a ventless countertop model (in photo) are available. The countertop model can cook up to 2 lbs. of food at one time.
