eCreamery enables event planners to offer custom flavors of ice creams and gelatos, complete with custom labels. The process starts with the selection of a cream base (dairy-free sorbet, gelato or premium ice cream), flavor combinations (ranging from banana to cinnamon to seven varieties of chocolate) and then mix-ins, such as berries or candy bar pieces. Half- and full-gallon cartons are available, as well as individual 3.5-ounce single-serving cups, which are offered in quantities of 24 and 100 cups.
