The 1,700-square-foot event space captures the eye with its oceanfront floor-to-ceiling windows, providing an elegant abundance of natural light in the open-air space. The upscale meeting venue can hold any intimate or extravagant gathering on Millionaire’s Mile with an expansive view of the Atlantic Ocean offering a unique, picturesque setting. Event attendees can expect to delight in internationally inspired cuisine by Roí’s Executive Chef, Robert Corsetti, as he will work one-on-one with event planners to curate unique culinary experiences. Guests can also look forward to indulging in seafood forward dishes utilizing locally sourced and seasonal ingredients.

Pacific Hospitality Group has hired James Montgomery as the General Manager for the AC Hotel Dallas by the Galleria and Residence Inn by Marriott Dallas by the Galleria. In this position, Montgomery is responsible for managing the hotels’ operations on a day-to-day basis to assure optimum performance and continual improvement, including overseeing and leading budgeting, strategy, customer service, sales and marketing, maintenance, staff recruitment and training, and food and beverage. Montgomery has 30 years of extensive leadership experience in the hospitality industry, including his most recent position as General Manager at the Westin Dallas Stonebriar Golf Resort & Spa in Frisco, Texas.

Art Basel celebrated its landmark 20th-anniversary edition in Miami Beach, signaling two decades of growth and impact by Art Basel as a cultural cornerstone in South Florida, across the Americas, and beyond. The 2022 edition – Art Basel’s largest to date in Miami Beach – brought together 282 premier galleries from 38 countries and territories, including 25 galleries participating in the fair for the first time, as well as multiple international exhibitors returning to the show after a brief hiatus. Art Basel continued to draw an attendance of unparalleled global breadth and caliber. Leading private collectors from 88 countries across North and South America, Europe, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East visited the fair, as well as museum directors, curators, and high-level patrons from over 150 cultural organizations. In celebration of its 20th anniversary, Art Basel launched a Gift-Giving Campaign with a lead donation to the STEAM + program, whose mission is to bring active artists into the seven public schools of the city of Miami Beach.
