Opening Night Party Brings Boot Scootin' Fun to CS+TSE

Attendees kicked off their first night of the conference with a "Neon Spur" theme event

The Opening Night Party at this year's Catersource + The Special Event in Austin, TX was a vibrant night of welcoming attendees to the show and to Texas. The "Neon Spur" theme inspired attendees to dress in their boldest, brightest Western gear, and throughout the night country tunes could be heard serenading the crowd and amping up the dance floors, both upstairs by the DJ and downstairs by the seven piece band. All around, neon lights and balloons illuminated the space, while aerial hoop performers, LED dancers and drummers, and drag queens danced on stages and amongst the crowd. Chaired by Lindsey Ganther and Austin-based Contigo Catering, the night was a rootin' tootin' success!

Keep your eyes open for the Spring Issue of Special Events Magazine, where we'll share even more photos! For now, enjoy this gallery of snapshots from the night.
