Redford Center Opens, Hilton Toronto Airport and Sheraton Nashville Debut Renovations

Redford Center Debuts at Sundance Resort
The new Redford Conference Center opened last month at the Sundance Resort in Sundance, Utah. The new facility offers nearly 3,500 square feet of meeting space including reception areas, which wrap around the building to transition between indoors and outdoors, and a large fireplace. With its "rustic elegance" style, the conference center sits amid a grove of trees near a stream. Designed to be environmentally friendly, the center features low-energy LED and fluorescent lighting, PVC-free carpeting, reclaimed wood materials and locally quarried stone for the hearth. The resort itself is in the final stages of a multimillion dollar lodging room renovation, management says.

Hilton Toronto Airport Debuts New Look
Located directly across from Pearson International Airport, the Hilton Toronto Airport Hotel and Suites has completed a nearly two-year, $15 million renovation that has enhanced the hotel's meeting space, interior and guest rooms with cool textures and modern furnishings, management says. The 23,000 square feet of event space is divided into 19 meeting rooms, many with natural light; it can accommodate groups up to 960 guests. The main ballroom offers 10,000 square feet of pillar-less space with 18-foot ceilings; it can be broken into four areas. Amenities include on-site AV, car rental and business-center services. The property offers 268 guest rooms and 151 guest suites.

Sheraton Nashville Debuts Renovations
The newly renovated Sheraton Nashville Downtown Hotel in Nashville, Tenn., offers more than 25,000 square feet of flexible meeting space in 19 rooms, including the 10,680-square-foot Capitol Ballroom. The property features 472 guest rooms, including 10 suites, complete with city views. Landmarks nearby include the Ryman Auditorium, Tennessee Performing Arts Center, Frist Center for the Visual Arts, Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum, and The Parthenon.
