Wine, champagne and beer will be complimentary for all events held from November 2010 through March 2011 at the Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course and Restaurant, located on the shoreline of Lake Tahoe in Stateline, Nev. The property features two indoor venue options, one accommodating 60 guests and the other 250 guests. Both spaces feature floor-to-ceiling windows that overlook Lake Tahoe and provide the option to use a private lakeside patio. Also available is a deck on the edge of the lake overlooking the golf course greens. The course has been the home of the American Century Celebrity Golf Championship for the last 20 years as well as the host of the U.S. Senior Open, according to management.

Outrigger Debuts New Catering Menu
The Outrigger Reef on the Beach and the Outrigger Waikiki on the Beach, both on Waikiki Beach in Honolulu, have unveiled a new catering menu from local chef Chai Chaowasaree focusing on Pacific Rim cuisine. Options range from formal, five-course dinner menus to cost-effective pupu-based menus, including Thai curry puffs with fresh mango salsa and wontons with Puna goat cheese and sun-dried tomatoes. All dining packages at the two properties include silverware, linen napkins, wait staff and on-site cooking by Chef Chai for some of the items, management says. The Outrigger Reef just completed a $110 million makeover.
