Tomorrow is #SaveWeddingsNow Day

Tomorrow, January 6, 2021 CAPE is calling on ALL wedding professionals to upload a 0:15sec-1:00min story to their website, describing how the ban on wedding receptions has impacted you.

Wedding professionals througout California have joined forces to fight to save the events industry thourgh CAPE (California Association of Private Event.)

As one of the first states to close, and most likely the last to reopen, California's ban on wedding receptions has ravaged the livelihoods of event professionals in all industries. However, a shining light in the struggles of California's hospitality industry is that CAPE has hired a lobbyist who is currently negotiating with the State on behalf of the industry.

By tomorrow, January 6, 2021 CAPE is calling on ALL wedding professionals to upload a 0:15sec-1:00min story to their website, describing how the ban on wedding receptions has impacted you.

CAPE will be compiling these into a reel and sharing it with legislators tomorrow, which has been designated as #SaveWeddingsNow Day!

Additionally, CAPE is also encouraging participants toshare their videos and posts on their personal or business social media channels utilizing the #SaveWeddingsNow hashtag.
