Results of event impact study available In the depths of the recession, ISES and other industry organizations supported a study to determine the true economic significance of the event and meeting industry. ISES leadership will be using this data in the coming months in its ongoing efforts to establish a higher profile for the special event profession and also to quantify the industry's value to potential collaborative partners. Super Bowl halftime rated by the pros Forty-two percent of respondents to the latest online poll from Special Events say that the Super Bowl halftime show last month, which featured the Black Eyed Peas, was only "average." Thirty-three percent say it was "great," while 23 percent say they could have done it much better.
