Celebrity Restaurants are Haute Haunts for Special Events

DAZZLE & DINE: The main dining room, with floor-to-ceiling windows, seats 135; its decor uses bamboo, Buddha figures and lanterns. Well-known investors include Ryan Seacrest, Tori Spelling and Rob Lowe.

EVENT AREAS: The Red Sun Lounge, which features benches and love seats, can hold up to 40 guests at a cocktail party. The private dining room at Sushi Roku offers views of the Las Vegas Strip.

BLUE PLATE SPECIAL: Guests can select from a wide range of sakes and sushi. Entrees include panko-crusted salmon, Asian-barbeque short ribs and soft-shell crab.

DAZZLE & DINE: Celebrity investors at this modern Italian restaurant include actors Ashton Kutcher, Laura Prepon and Jamie Kennedy. The two-level main room offers leather booths, a wine room and a DJ booth.

EVENT AREAS: The private Red Room has space for 14 guests; the outdoor patio features a retractable roof. At the back of the patio, an intimate bungalow table seats 15 guests.

BLUE PLATE SPECIAL: Elegant Italian fare for events includes risotto, pumpkin ravioli and panettone tiramisu. Some passed appetizer options are ham-wrapped prawns, mango-prosciutto bruschetta and lobster bisque.

DAZZLE & DINE: The stage at Vibrato — where live music is performed every night — dominates the dimly lit dining room. Grammy winner Herb Alpert of famed band Herb Alpert & The Tijuana Brass developed the concept and owns the restaurant.

EVENT AREAS: A private dining room upstairs seats 30 guests.

BLUE PLATE SPECIAL: Dishes accompanying the music include grilled steaks, chicken with Israeli couscous, and black cod. Sweet notes to end the meal include buttermilk panna cotta and chocolate truffle cake.
