BOB BLAESING, CSEP, president of Atlanta-based Experience by Design and ISES treasurer, died on April 25. Blaesing's sister, Mary Lou Hecklinger, has established a fund with the INTERNATIONAL SPECIAL EVENTS FOUNDATION for anyone wishing to make a memorial contribution. BROOKS, co-founder and former vice president of Deerfield, Ill.-based Creative Impact Group, died on March 20 in Chicago. Brooks launched CIG in 1976 with her daughter, Joanne Brooks Alter.
