The majority of respondents to an informal online poll from the Special Events Magazine Web site in August report that they see little concern about safety from event guests.
Some 56 percent of respondents say they see "little worry" about safety among special event guests.
A total of 26 percent of respondents say that the safety concerns of their guests have lessened. A total of 19 percent of respondents say that guest concern about safety at events remains high.
