Special Events Magazine
will select the best tabletop designs at The Special Event 2003, Jan. 8-11 in Orlando, Fla.
Entries will be accepted in two categories: Tabletops Under $1,000 Each and Tabletops $1,000 and Above Each.
To enter, submit a rendering of your proposed tabletop design. Designs should be realistic for an actual event of 20 tables of eight. Include a 50-word description on your interpretation of the theme. List the rental retail cost per tabletop, including the cost of floral, centerpiece, linen, service ware, flooring, etc.
Entries will be judged on interpretation of theme; aesthetics (quality in design and use of material); attention to color unity and balance; and if the design could work at an actual event.
Selected participants are responsible for supplying and shipping necessary tabletop materials to The Special Event 2003, Orange County Convention Center, Orlando.
