Tuesday is the cutoff to sign up for the discount registration fee for ISES Eventworld 2007, which runs Aug. 16-18 in Montreal. Planners who plan ahead can save $100.
This year's event includes a wide range of education and networking opportunities including training sessions, presentations by industry experts, and leadership development. The conference is organized as a set of tracks designed so that all attendees can create their own personal education experience. Four tracks of concurrent professional development sessions will be tailored for professionals involved in event production, corporate/nonprofit events, business ownership and trends.
And, in response to feedback from prior events, Eventworld organizers are introducing two new tracks: an executive and a wellness track. The executive track will present two dynamic, interactive half-day programs covering the key points of profitability that business owners and managers face every day and how to build a successful exit strategy. The wellness track will feature sessions on how to reduce stress and manage the work/life balance.
The final night will feature the annual Esprit Awards celebration.
Thanks to its location in cosmopolitan Montreal, Eventworld 2007 will focus on the international perspective so important to event professionals at work in a shrinking world.
