Cort Event Furnishings Debuts Luna Lighting Furniture Collection
Guests at the gala opening celebration for the Dallas Cowboys football team's new $1.15 billion stadium in Arlington, Texas, on Sept. 19 saw the debut of the new Luna Lighting line of bars, columns and tables from CORT Event Furnishings. The flexible, modular units feature cool, energy-efficient LED lighting, the manufacturer says. LEDs, which are battery-operated and rechargeable, provide lighting for up to 8 hours. They offer sturdy steel frames with brushed steel and acrylic tops. The fully functional lighted bar has an ice bin, bottle holder and soda shelf; it can be configured in large circular, serpentine or perpendicular shapes to fit a variety of event plans.
OmniSistem Offers LED StarBrite Curtain
OmniSistem's new StarBrite LED curtain is designed to be one of brightest and offer the most features of any product on the market, the manufacturer says. Offering 144 LEDs, the curtain is operated by a dedicated controller that comes with 12 pre-set programs and is capable of driving four StarBrites at once. The LED cloth measures 20 by 13 feet and weighs 44 pounds; it comes packed in a professional flight case on casters for convenient storage and transport.
Trophies, Award Items from Recycled Product Available from Resource Revival
Resource Revival creates customizable gifts made from recycled bicycle parts. Clients can add logos, slogans or Web site URLs to the eco-friendly items to create distinctive event giveaways. The line of award clocks (pictured), which can include a pendulum, can feature engraving on the 8-inch diameter clock face. The clocks come in a colorful gift box; they run on one AA battery. The company also offers key chains, bottle openers and medals.
