VISUALS & VIBE: Originally constructed as a heavy-equipment repair facility, the Glass Palace features 23 large windows that offer views of San Francisco Bay, Alcatraz and downtown San Francisco. The venue is a popular choice for bar and bat mitzvahs, corporate dinners, exhibits and sporting events.

EVENT SPACE: The 16,000-square-foot space features a 49-by-230 foot clear-span main hall with 35-foot ceilings, as well as two additional 1,200-square-foot bays. The venue has a seated capacity of 700 guests and a reception capacity of 1,500.

READY TO PARTY: Amenities include electricity, limited lighting, interior vehicle access, and ample space for outdoor tenting and activities.

VISUALS & VIBE: Built in 1911, TwiRoPa originally served as a bakery, then as a storage facility for twine, rope and paper, which inspired its name. Now completely restored using many elements from the original building, such as salvaged red cypress, the venue features exposed timber and brick walls, and hosts live music events and corporate parties.

EVENT SPACE: TwiRoPa consists of three indoor rooms: the 4,000-square-foot Mill Room; 8,000-square-foot Tchoupitoulas Room; and 9,000-square-foot Live Room, which is the main concert hall. Together, the three rooms have a seated capacity of 1,200 and a reception capacity of 3,000. Another event option: the adjacent 30,000-square-foot Godzilla Room, an industrial, hangar-like space that has 42-foot ceilings and can accommodate 4,500 guests.

READY TO PARTY: The venue's amenities include electricity and water supplies, wireless Internet access and ample parking. Kitchen facilities can also be set up on site.

VISUALS & VIBE: Since opening in 1997, Pier 94 has served as a destination for trade shows, fashion shows and product launches in midtown Manhattan.

EVENT SPACE: The 175,000-square-foot, column-free space features 25-foot ceilings fitted with skylights. The venue capacity ranges from 6,500 for seated dinners to more than 10,000 for receptions, based upon the type of event and use of outside tenting areas.

READY TO PARTY: The fully equipped facility features both high-speed and wireless Internet capabilities, on-site parking for 1,000 (with additional parking for 3,000 within walking distance), and a private 50-by-600-foot driveway for VIP arrivals and access control.
